DEEP RETREAT - Neuro-nurture.

A psychology-informed Wellness Retreat, focusing on mind, body, and soul connection.

7 nights Accommodation and 6 days of retreat activities at the tranquil Ubud Aura Wellness Sanctuary.

This is a small and intimate retreat with a maximum of 10 spots.

Our focused approach uses a MYACT (Mindful Yoga-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) program led by an Australian-Licensed Psychologist, so that you can target an area of your life that you really want to improve on this year in a supportive environment. 

While this is not classed as therapy (due to the legal requirements of practicing psychology outside Australia), the retreat is lead by a therapist who will use psychologically informed practices to guide you through your journey. 

You will be supported during this experience by Sound Healing, Breath Work, Yoga, traditional Balinese workshops and massage.
Beautiful accommodation with en-suited solo rooms, swimming pool, and breakfast included.

The sanctuary is very centrally located in Ubud (next to Yogabarn). Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and other Ubud attractions.  

Airport Transfers Included (please be mindful that if you are arriving at a similar time to another guest your driver may wait a few minutes to take multiple guests). 

You will have the option to use local detox facilities, saunas and plunge pools within a 10 minute walk (Lumeria), or the nearby yoga school (Yoga Barn) with multiple sessions included in the cost of your ticket.

There will be an initial welcome session and free gifts included.
